Do ZERO scooters come with a warranty?
Yes, all our scooters include a 12-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in the frame, motor, and battery system.
Are the scooters water-resistant?
Our scooters have an IP54 water resistance rating, meaning they are protected against light splashes and dust. However, we do not recommend riding in heavy rain or through deep puddles.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 24 hours. Domestic shipping usually takes 3 to 7 business days depending on your location.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy for unused scooters in their original packaging. Please note that a restocking fee may apply for items that have been opened.
